Kritiker HQ
Kritiker is a private agency located in the heart of downtown Tokyo. With a three tier business suite and a well-driven staff, they handle all manner of large and small investigations and legal documentation for various law enforcement units in the area.
The president and upper management of Kritiker are rarely seen, but have a very large liason force to carry out reconaissance and deliver information to various departments. Those departments that exist outside of the organisation are strategically located in cover locations throughout the area.
The layout consists of three levels of operation. The first level is for incoming guests and those agents with desk jobs. The second level is the training floor for new agents or those being sent out to the special departments. Lastly, the third level is reserved for the higher executives to keep an eye on the operations below.
There are also three main departments that work outside of Kritiker HQ.
Tokyo Police Department
Chiefed by Kritiker agent Persia, there is a small group of liasons that work within the walls of the PD. The other authorities have no idea about their relationship to Kritiker, and it's business as usual above the table.
Cafe Endgame
The cover job for Crashers, where they run a quaint little coffee shop at the edge of town. The back office is just the right size for meetings with their liaison...
Their home is a quaint little two level house with a bedroom for each Crasher and a training room in the basement.
Kitten in the House/Koneko no Sumuiie
Home to the team known as Weiss, it serves as a cover of florist jobs for Kritiker's lethal unit, and is also neatly furnished with apartment buildings on the second and third levels. The basement is usually reserved as the mission room.
